Is it a bug or wanted? Tax for transfer ressources increased from 10 to 15 % at International 1!

I think that taxes are bumped up on speed (now I-2)... but someone else will have to confirm.

You know that taxes are higher if one of the two players are not premium, correct?

Yes, i know that. Till now it was 10% for normal player, 5% for premium. As i've seen the tax changed one more time. 10% if you send to your own villages or clan mates. 15% if you send out of the clan. Premium the half.
