Onderwerp: Scouting vs. Castle lvl

When you upgrade your castle your scouting cost should go down. Like if your castle is level 3 your scout cost should be decreased by 30%. This could make scouting more practical and minimize the problem of havin to farm players to maintain a growth rate.

x=castle level
y=scout costs
z=discount

z=(x*10)-100
Discounted scout costs=y*z
if someone could make a better formula or correct mine it would be great ^^

Other things taken into consideration:

Castle level
Amount of runes in the village
Amount of scouts done in the past

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

This would be a drastic change, but probably not one that would be too hard to make?

What if a lvl 1 building takes a certain amount of time to build, no matter how big you are, just like it always cost the same.  lvl 2 takes longer, etc.  So that the building time is not dependent upon your size, but rather the lvl of the building.

Only issue I see, is the current game mechanics lean in favor of letting younger (smaller) village catch up.  I think the change as its proposed would actually escalate the gap.

While I like the idea, your formula is off.  Think about x<=10.

If wanted I can mull it over tomorrow.

Nope, as we get stronger we favour more to attacking but not just the cost but the time. So, this idea will allow stronger players to put more runes into circulation while not giving a huge advantage because it will still heck of alot of time to scout - but we have more runes being produced amongst the active players. If you think about it, almost all runes come from scouting period which last till 4k value usually - so small servers don't have many runes to grow with and circulate.
