If there has been any changes to previous rules in this server, I believe it is only fair to let the players know.

Sitters? Husbands/wives logging in? Rumours are flying already.

Not sure what changes you mean.  I think there has been a lot of abuse in this department, and it is not being looked upon mildly.  Cleaned up Islands quickly, and the new International will be the same.  Husband and Wife should not be trading, casting spells, and coordinating things - nothing new there.
If you are going to sit, let the mod team know in advance, so we don't reset by mistake.

What are the rumours?

Actually, gero3 made those trade rules up in his "banned" banner that was not ever enforced. There were never any written rules and many discussions about it are in mod forums. So again, if these are hard and fast rules now, shouldn't they be posted somewhere?

in the past when i was first a mod i don't wanna make mistakes and put alot questions on the forum 
i think you have to take a look there
there is no rule that forbid to cast a spell on each-other

I will look into this Hidalgo, and if there were no rules before, perhaps it is time to get them formulated...

Here is the ruling:

- No trading (no runes, no armor, no weapons, and no resources).
- No spells
- No coordinated attacks (support included)

These are hard rules.  Daedeloth will be implementing this into the game, so that as soon as you get approved in the admin panel, you will be unable...

I myself was hoping to plan to ask everyone to make sure to mail a mod in red or admin. or leave a message to them in forums that they are going to play together right away. That way if it does show up they will know why and even though still watching them. For it to be multiaccounts it would show resource trading to a point where its benefiting each others accounts to create an unfair advantage. Rune sending to each accounts prohibited and mass joining each other in attacks not allowed. If found exploiting the system threw means to get around a game set feature it could lead to reset or later ban if repeat offended. Something along those lines, but better wording which I try to give some new people on speed that show up as two a warning when they show up as two. Usually there isn't a problem. However I am not yet a mod on the new server, if I am going to be one. I felt not being an admin I did not have authority to make a big proper announcement of the new server. I apologize for not making posts for help on that issue otherwise in some other less capacity to help new players understand what multi accounting is and the simple aspects of what is too much in the way of helping same ip accounts.

I have been made a mod now and will try my best to make experience of game better for those trying to have a good fun game. If anyone have concerns or issues please feel free message me in game anytime and will get back to you soon as can.

You mean on the new server its forbidden to cast spells on clan members?
No resources to be sent in clan?

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

Can we have sitter rules please?

I mean like an actual "sitter", not a multi, someone with a KNOWN different ISP whom you have looked up and can confirm it is an entirely different person.

I understand that Vilmore and Daedeloth originally did not mind them, providing the above was met, just making sure this has not changed.

It is ok to village-sit, but before doing so, inform the mod team of the time frame, and a sitter is limited to upgrading, and retraining.  No attacks, no support.  The sat village can request support if under attack.
And of course: - No trading (no runes, no armor, no weapons, and no resources), and no spells, while sitting between the two villages.
