I was in vacation mode. Spells should not work on anyone in vacation mode. On speed sever.

I heard that Allin1 got a poison water while in vacation mode also.  That would be devastating to someone whom had to go into vmode after mass attacks and was low on food if the new neg food calculations are in effect.

Wasn't there somebody(or more then one) allready banned for actions similar to this. In that case buildings were distroyed for somebody in vacation mode. Yes the damage done was bigger but in principle we are talking about the same thing. If you ban 1 guy for it then ban everybody for it OR make it not possible to cast ANY spells on a vacationing player.

every player know the TOS and that abusing a bug will lead to reset or ban

i found the player who dit it and will put him on reset

Yeah, the current precedent is a had ban from the game.

I agree that it should mean automatic ban, at least if the past dictates.  But I am not modding that server, so it is just my opinion.

I think that a player on vacation should not be part of the game equation in any way shape or form.  When you go on vacation you should not have access to any part of it, till you are ready to come back to play.  Preferably you set your return time, when you go on vacation, and it will be on the sign, so everyone knows.
