what is deemed a multi attack and what penalties do the players/clan get

It is up to individual clans/members to decide. It is moral? Ethical? No. There is no carved in stone policy however.

However when you attack someone and you will lose honor it will warn you. Something a long the lines of if another member of your clan attacks in such time the whole clan loses half the honor they lost. It is not exactly in those words so you will see if you go click attack on someone that is too small.

This is an extreme example of someone very much smaller. To be safe if you want to attack that person and lose a lot of honor make sure someone hasn't attacked that person from your clan within say before a day is up. Hope this clarifies little bit better.

Your village is 2813% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

It could be, depends on the situation. Depends on the values/networths of the player's villages.
