Onderwerp: Smth wrong with the map on stable

On one of my villages, on my 3rd one the bonus resourse "stuff"(trees and oasis) dissapeared. It was there last couple of days and now i dont see them. Not just that i dont see them but i lost the bonuses they provided.

I spent real money to move my village, i then moved around some of the buildings to be close to the resource bonuses and now those bonuses are jsut gone. I dont have a proof of how it used to be a couple of days ago, i just have a picture of how it is now:

Are you sure you didn't cover the bonusses with a building?

I'm sure Daed. As you can see that village was moved there and the Lumbercamps are placed in a specific way, for the purpose of beeing around 2 trees, so each building gets 2bonuses in the same time. The trees were there but they just wanished somehow. The same for Oasis, but thats not as important as the trees.

You can't cover Oases, iron, stone and gem bonus fields, only tree's can be covered.

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

Never actually tried to cover oasis, stone and the like, but trees i know for sure they can be covered. But i'm sure this isent the case now. Something is definitly wrong here but i just dont understand how this could have hapened.
I understand that the stable server is not going to have any more work done on it, but we are talking about a bug that messes with a PAYED part of the game. I invested an important amount of money in this game, more then i have ever payed for any browser game. I would just like to know what hapened. MAYBE its a security issue, MAYBE somebody somehow accesed my account and did that, allthough i dont think so, and if they did they would have done MUCH more then just cut off the bonuses in only one of my villages. It just dosent make any sense.

I have just talked with the server guys. It appears they have updated the server software and it seems the random map generator changed a tiny bit because of that.

I'm investigating the issue at the moment, but it might be impossible to fix. Please send me your nickname and which server you play on to thijs@catlab.be and I will refund your credits so that you can move again.

Really sorry about this issue, I've just figured out what might have gone wrong.
