I am almost 4 days stuck because the game will not allow me to log onto choose my server
can anyone help

I tried it would not receive my login I play the game through bigpoint so is there a way to
change my password to login direct

Grizz, Since I started playing the game A LONG TIME AGO I have seen it a few times through facebook. I immediately stopped using facebook, and registered an email to my account, but I don't think that option is available any more - sorry.
Who are you on stable? - It might be way too late

I have contacted Bigpoint to resolve this issue, but haven't had any reply from them yet. I'll keep you posted.

Guerr who plays on stable server is having the same issues. It gives him this message:
The game server informed us that an error occurred.
Please try again later. If this problem consists,
then please contact Support and report the error. We'll take it from there. Thanks!
He is currently 6 days offline due to this problem. He was #1 village and now he is nothing due to issues with connections thru them. Can you please put him into vacation mode at least until the issue is resolved. Its obvious he was one of the dedicated players here and moved up to #1 village overall according to the stats before he was decimated to nothing. I also would suggest maybe identifying all other bigpoint users and putting them into vacation mode if that is possible.

Frodo, just a little clarification. Guerr was #1 in player ranking, not village ranking, thats mine

I have contacted Bigpoint about this issue, but I haven't had any reply yet.
I understand this is a really annoying issue.
I can't really find a solution for the problem until Bigpoint answered.

Perhaps the admin/über mod can put them in vmode if they request so themselves?
