Report

I am a supporter of no playing mods in the game, so in that sense would like to see speed stay relatively as is.  I do think it would be worth considering though to add the ability for players to report conduct issues that would have been handled by mods before.

I suggest adding a /report function to the chat window, that when activated would pop up a box to allow a short comment to be sent to an admin, or non-playing mod, where the command would automatically attach the last 20-30 messages from chat.  This would give admins and/or moderators the ability to do at least a minimal amount of chat moderation without having to be constantly present.
