Is it possible for two different players, who are regularly on the same adress (same IP) to both play Dolumar on the same server without getting blocked or something?

Yes, but there are regulations for them. Such accounts can't trade runes/resources, and need to register with the moderators.

If some one has ann account and then starts a new account. How do they actually go about deleting the first account to avoid have both accounts wiped?

There is a reset account under account management. The account will not be technically deleted, but it is clear that the account is not being used.
However, it is not permitted to pass resources/runes from the current account to the new one.

I did not ban him. However I will give him one more chance. If I find he is a former user that is avoiding a ban or if he makes rude comments that have nothing to do with the subject I will ban him myself.

JoJo is obviously a former player. I have my suspicions on who it is. Im pretty sure Daed or any other Moderator on here has an idea as well. Im sure you can look at his ip address on this message board

Why would anyone track my ip?

Jojo I warned you and gave you second chance. You blew it. Tracking IP is part of a multihunters job. However giving it away isn't. He did not give it away. He only said he thought he knew who. I have my suspicious too.
If all your set to do is be here to start drama and try insult people, you can be off the forums.

Why another ban? this forum has always been a place to voice our opinions, questions, and comments. I have read much worse over the years here and people have been allowed the freedom to write it. Lets not let our views of JoJo (specifically) allow hasty bans. JoJo is actually playing and building a village. We could use more players.
JoJo, apologize to Frodo. Contribute to the questions in the thread topics constructively, with as little humor and critism as possible so that we may do that ourselves. (j/k)
Write your blog in the PUB section so that these actual questions can be viewed for answers not the crap that spews from your mouth. See you in chat sometime.... write it there so that we can erase it if it insults us directly

It is not a view of Jojo (whoever he is) that is making a ban happen. If you do not wish to see people banned over what they say sometimes then mail or make a suggestion that gives me the power to delete a comment. Why do you think I warned him? Name calling and swearing out, even if your trying hide the word with symbols is not appropriate. It is not criticism, it is trying to start fights and get people aggravated. If he wants to try again, he can speak with daedeloth, if he gets unbanned then comes back insulting and name calling then he will be banned again. I won't tolerate people harassing others. It doesn't matter if I like them or don't like them I will enforce rules based on their actions.
